Re-Build Technologies Limited (operating as “Re-Build” or “Re-Build Inc.”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through re-build.now (the “Site”), why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us directly, specifically:
- Project and build enquiries — when you submit the Build or Project Enquiry forms, we collect your name, email address, organisation (if provided), a description of what you are looking to build, who it is for, project stage, timeline, budget or funding pathway, and any supporting link or file you choose to attach.
- General contact — when you use the general contact form, we collect your name, email address, organisation (if provided), the category of your enquiry and your message.
- Newsletter subscription — when you subscribe to The Capsule, we collect your email address and store it to send you updates.
We do not currently operate any e-commerce, checkout or payment flow on the Site, so we do not collect payment card information.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to project enquiries, contact requests and press enquiries;
- Evaluate and follow up on submissions related to The Forge or a proposed build;
- Send newsletter updates to subscribers of The Capsule;
- Maintain the security, integrity and proper functioning of the Site; and
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the information you submit for automated decision-making or profiling.
Data retention
We retain project, contact and enquiry submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and evaluate them, and newsletter subscriber information for as long as you remain subscribed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see “Your rights” below.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent (for example, by unsubscribing from The Capsule using the link in any newsletter email). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
International transfers
Re-Build operates from Africa and works with people and partners globally. Information you submit may be stored and processed in countries other than your own, including by our infrastructure and database providers. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and handled consistently with this Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the Site and our practices evolve. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here as they take effect.
