The Problem

Market stalls and temporary workspaces do not always have a fixed point of light. Once daylight fades, traders still need to see products, cash, tools and the work directly in front of them.

What We Built

We built LiteClip, a compact lamp with a clip mechanism that attaches close to a table, shelf, tray or work surface, placing light where the task is happening.

Key Features

Clip-on mounting

Attaches LiteClip to a nearby surface for flexible positioning.

Directed LED light

Uses a 1W cold-white LED directed towards a selected work surface.

Rechargeable battery

Uses a 3000mAh, 4V Li-ion battery.

Use Cases

Market stalls and street trading

Can be positioned over goods, cash points or packing areas as daylight fades.

Mobile workstations

Can be clipped to a table, shelf, cart or temporary work surface.

Temporary workspaces

Designed for settings where light is needed without a fixed fitting.
